DATA CONTROLLER AND PROCESSOR
The ownership of the personal data, voluntarily provided and processed following the consultation of the site, belongs to Consorzio RIVELO (contact e-mail address, info@ri-velo.it), located at Piazza Cittadella 12, 37122 Verona, a legal entity of RIVELO – the Rete Innovativa Veneta per la Logistica.
As the Data Controller, Consorzio RIVELO processes personal data not only for purposes related to optimizing the use of the site but also for the purposes outlined in the RIVELO Statute – the Rete Innovativa Veneta per la Logistica, particularly regarding projects presented under regional tenders and related initiatives.
IT Data Processor for personal data via the website www.ri-velo.it is designated, in accordance with Articles 28-29 of the GDPR, to the company DIAMENTE S.r.l., with its registered office at Via Archimede 10, 37036 San Martino Buon Albergo (Verona), which developed the web site and as a provider, through another entity (the company’s provider), for hosting services of the site, including technical assistance, back-up, and the implementation of adequate physical-environmental and logical security measures on personal data, in compliance with the GDPR regulations.

METHODS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING AND SECURITY MEASURES
Authorized personnel by Consorzio RIVELO, as Data Controller, as well as by DIAMENTE S.r.l., as IT Data Processor, will manage and archive, through automated and/or paper tools, the personal data collected through the site and its various functionalities available upon user request, for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected or voluntarily communicated by the user.
In no case will the data be disclosed or used for personal profiling of the user.
Specific security measures, as required by Article 32 of the GDPR, including the adoption of up-to-date antivirus software on a daily basis, are in place to prevent data loss, unlawful or incorrect use, and unauthorized access. Users are also advised, in addition to the antivirus systems adopted by the site operator, to equip their workstations with adequate prevention and scanning systems against virus attacks.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS
The subjects to whom the personal data processed refer are granted all the rights under Articles 15, 16, 17, 18 of the GDPR (access with confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their data processing, rectification, deletion, and restriction of processing, where applicable).
