The web<\/i> site www.ri-velo.it<\/b><\/span> (the \u201cSite\u201d) is managed by Consorzio RIVELO<\/b>, which assumes, therefore, the role of Data Controller<\/b> for the personal data on the site (with headquarters at Piazza Cittadella 12, 37122 Verona, contact e-mail<\/i> address info@ri-velo.it<\/span><\/a>).<\/span><\/p>\n

The IT Data Processor<\/b> for personal data through the Site is designated, under Articles 28-29 of the GDPR, as the company DIAMENTE S.r.l.<\/b>, with its registered office at Via Archimede 10, 37036 San Martino Buon Albergo (Verona), which created the Site and as a provider, through another entity (the company’s provider), for hosting<\/i> services of the Site, including aspects of technical support, back-up<\/i>, and implementation of adequate security measures (physical-environmental and logical) on personal data, in compliance with GDPR regulations.<\/span><\/p>\n
